Hey, I'm Verena.
I’m the brain and body behind Twist Brain & Body.
About Me.
The name "Twist Brain and Body" sums it up: twist old patterns—physically and mentally—and turn insights into a Stay Steady Strategy that sticks.
My professional roots are in event and HR management in fast-paced media, marketing, events, and startups. Cruise Ships, Radio Stations, Big Corporates… From intimate dinner events, 15.000 people public events to handling thousands of Ukrainian refugees arriving in the Welcome Hall at Berlin Central in 2022...
I’ve built teams from scratch, shaped lasting team culture and rituals, and seen firsthand how executive assistants, HR leads, office managers, and informal leaders carry the load of their roles without tailored support.
My Holistic Coaching - Real Insights. No Incense.
My experience is as diverse as my curiosity in people and what moves them. And it revealed a gap: executive assistants, HR leads, office managers, and other informal leaders who juggle chaos and take care of everyone are yet rarely seen and receiving tailored support.
I built Twist Brain and Body to fill that gap with holistic coaching that fuses strategic clarity (“brain”) and embodied practices (“body”).
From corporate projects to transformational programs — I support leaders and teams with resilience, strategy, and embodied clarity.
As a certified coach, systemic organization consultant, and yoga and natural movement teacher, I fuse executive assistant coaching, HR coaching, internal communications coaching, resilience coaching, self-leadership coaching, and movement-based coaching into mindset sprints with real impact.
For me, holistic coaching means clear strategy plus embodied practices—no hocuspocus.
Many coaches offer mindset tools—but few can say “I planned your offsite retreat, coached your leadership team, and built your resilience toolkits.” That’s rare.
Rooted in ritual, reality, and curiosity.
Outside of coaching, I'm a sailor soul loving to be near the water, wanderlust, and seeking new experiences. Find me somewhere with a backpack on my shoulders—exploring Southeast Asia or Central America, with a deep love for Mexico. Solo travel keeps me curious, grounded, and open—qualities that shape how I live and work. My week days start with a morning routine including journaling and movement, no matter where I am. My Saturdays start with teaching a yoga class, then head to the market, cook something fresh, and meal prep for the week. It’s a ritual I love. Doing something with my hands and senses is grounding and nurishing to me.
I move outdoors a lot—natural movement, playful workouts, using the world as my gym.
And I slow down for the small things: the glitter of sun on water, unexpected street art, the magic of kids blowing soap bubbles, a street musician playing a tune and sing along...
These moments fuel how I show up—for myself and the people I work with.

“Never underestimate the power of a unique strategy.”
