FOR COMPANIES
Burnout Isn't a Badge of Honor
Corporate wellbeing programs for teams under pressure.
Holistic support combining leadership coaching, workplace movement practices, and team culture work to build workplace resilience that lasts.
THE REALITY
Your team is stretched thin.
Employee burnout isn't occasional anymore.
It's becoming the norm.
You've tried the corporate wellness perks.
The yoga classes, the mindfulness apps, the team-building activities. Some people show up. Most don't. And nothing really changes.
Because surface-level employee wellness programs don't address what's actually happening: chronic workplace stress, unclear boundaries, emotional overload, and nervous systems that won't reset.
Real workplace wellbeing isn't a perk. It's a practice.
This work supports teams at the intersection of mental health, physical wellbeing, and team dynamics—building organizational resilience that shows up in real performance, not just engagement survey scores.
WHAT IS CORPORATE WELLBEING?
It's Not Just Another Workshop.
Corporate wellbeing integrates three elements most programs treat separately:
Coaching & Culture Work
Team dynamics, feedback frameworks, values that actually show up in daily work. Not posters on walls—practices people use.
Movement & Embodied Practices
Workplace yoga, breathwork, nervous system regulation. Tools that help teams reset physically, not just mentally.
Leadership Resilience
Support for the people carrying the team. Because leaders under pressure create teams under pressure.
The result:
Teams that can handle pressure without breaking. Leaders who stay steady. Culture that supports people instead of burning them out.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Companies Ready to Invest in Real Support
This work is for teams and leaders who are:
-
Facing high-pressure projects, tight deadlines, or constant change
-
Dealing with burnout, turnover, or disengagement
-
Managing distributed or hybrid teams that feel disconnected
-
Leading through crisis, transformation, or uncertainty
-
Ready to address wellbeing as a performance strategy, not a checkbox
This is for you if:
You want sustainable performance, not just short-term fixes. You're ready to support your people with practices that work in real life.
This is not for you if:
You're looking for one-off motivation, team-building games, or generic wellness content that doesn't stick.
HOW I WORK
Mind · Body · Team Dynamics
I bring 16+ years inside high-pressure creative industries, cruise ships, radio stations, live events, startups, international hospitality. Not as an observer. As someone who worked the shifts, managed the teams, and felt the pressure firsthand.
In 2022, I worked at Berlin's main arrival hub for thousands of Ukrainian refugees. Freezing temperatures. Shifting processes. Teams forming on the run. Stress everywhere.
I stayed grounded. I helped others stay grounded. That's when it became clear:
Resilience isn't about pushing harder. It's about staying human under pressure.
That experience combined with years leading HR projects, supporting teams, and coaching individuals shapes how I work with companies today.
My approach:
Practical. Grounded. No staged spirituality or corporate theater. Just real tools that help real people handle real pressure.

THREE WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
1. Team Resilience Programs
Workshops, training, and ongoing support for teams under pressure
Build sustainable resilience through half-day or full-day sessions, ongoing programs, or crisis support during transformation and change. Teams learn practical tools for stress management, boundaries, embodied leadership, and nervous system regulation they can use immediately—and long after the session ends.
Includes: Team workshops, change management support, event activations, and wellbeing sessions.
2. Leadership Coaching
1:1 or small-group coaching for executives and team leads
The people leading your teams need support too. Individual holistic coaching helps leaders build clarity, boundaries, and resilience to lead through pressure without burning out. Many companies sponsor coaching for key team members as part of professional development or wellbeing benefits.
3. Team Offsites & Culture Work
Meaningful experiences that build connection, clarity, and culture
Design and facilitate team offsites that go beyond trust falls and icebreakers. Create feedback frameworks, values-based rituals, and embodied practices that become part of how your team actually works. Not posters on walls—practices people use.
Includes: Offsite design and facilitation, culture framework development, team alignment sessions.
All formats available: Online, onsite (Berlin-based), or hybrid.
One-off workshops or ongoing programs tailored to your team's needs.
WHY THIS WORKS
Science-Backed. Human-Centered. Built for Real Teams.
HOLISTIC APPROACH
Mind, body, and team dynamics together. Not separate initiatives that don't connect.
EMBODIED PRACTICES
Movement and breathwork help teams regulate stress physically, not just talk about it mentally.
CULTURE INTEGRATION
Tools and rituals become part of how you work, not extra things people ignore.
SUSTAINABLE RESULTS
Teams learn practices they can use long after the session ends.
Real resilience, not temporary motivation.

COMPANY-SPONSORED COACHING FOR YOUR TEAM
Some team members need deeper individual support.
If someone on your team is dealing with burnout, decision fatigue, or chronic stress, 1:1 holistic coaching might be the right fit.
Many companies sponsor coaching for key employees as part of professional development or employee wellbeing programs.
