Ever feel like your to-do list is running your life instead of helping you live it? You start your morning with big intentions but before the coffee even kicks in, your list feels endless, and your energy starts to fade.
If this sounds familiar, here’s a thought: What if your to-do list is actually holding you back from feeling truly productive, present, and in control?

The Power of a “Tada” List to celeberate Productivity
This week, I invite you to try something different, something simple yet profoundly grounding. Instead of a to-do list, create a Tada List.
A Tada List isn’t about what still needs doing. It’s a celebration of what’s already done. Every email sent.
Every call made.
Every mindful moment you chose presence over pressure.
It’s a list of small and big wins that remind you:
“Tada! I made progress today.”
Why This Works. Especially for High-Achievers and Career Changers
As a holistic life coach in Berlin, I often see clients who struggle with constant striving especially those navigating career transitions or exploring self-leadership and purpose-driven living. They’re productive, but rarely fulfilled. Their inner dialogue sounds like “not enough yet.”
The Tada List interrupts that pattern. It trains your brain to acknowledge progress, boost confidence, and nurture a sense of calm accomplishment essential for anyone balancing ambition with inner alignment.
Try This Tada Practice
Here’s how to rock this mindful productivity ritual in your daily life:
- Start your day by writing three things you’ll celebrate by day’s end.
- Before logging off, take five minutes to list everything you did. Yes, everything.
- Reflect: Notice how your energy shifts. Do you feel lighter? More grounded? More enough?
From Overwhelm to Empowerment
At the end of the week, check in with yourself.
How did focusing on your wins, instead of your unfinished tasks, change your mindset? Did you notice more joy in your work, or a softer inner voice?
Let’s make the upcoming week one big TADA! not by doing more, but by celebrating who we are becoming, one conscious step at a time.
