Not the wellness buzzwords. Not the daily green juice. Real wellbeing. On your terms.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing all the right things—and still running on empty—it might be because wellbeing isn’t one-dimensional. It’s not just about your workout routine or how much sleep you get.
In fact, there are seven different types of wellbeing that work together to shape how you feel, focus, and function every day.

Here’s how to spot what might be missing—and where to start:
1. Physical Wellbeing
Not just “exercise and eat well.” Think: energy, recovery, sleep quality, and how you feel in your body during daily life.
If your body feels tense, depleted, or sluggish—it’s time to look at your physical wellbeing strategy.
2. Mental Wellbeing
This is your mental clarity, focus, and stress response. How often do you feel grounded vs. scattered? Improving mental wellbeing starts with understanding your personal stress patterns—and building better recovery rituals.
3. Emotional Wellbeing
Can you name what you’re feeling? Process it?
This kind of wellbeing is often overlooked—but it plays a huge role in your relationships, decision-making, and resilience.
Emotional and mental health support doesn’t mean something’s wrong—it means you’re taking your inner world seriously.
4. Social Wellbeing
Are you supported? Heard? Do you feel drained or nourished by the people around you?
Whether it’s friendships, family, or professional connections—this layer matters more than we often admit.
5. Purpose & Meaning
This goes deeper than “career goals.”
Do you feel like your life has direction? That your choices align with your values?
This piece is foundational to motivation, clarity, and long-term fulfilment.
6. Environmental Wellbeing
Your space affects your nervous system.
Light, noise, clutter, even your workspace layout—all influence your focus, stress, and energy levels.
Sometimes, small physical changes make a big mental shift.
7. Financial Wellbeing
It’s not about having it all—it’s about feeling safe, informed, and in control of your money.
Financial wellbeing reduces background stress and gives you the freedom to make intentional choices.
If one area is off, it creates a ripple effect across your wellbeing. And the truth is: most people don’t know where they’re stuck until they take a step back.
