The After-Work Reset
Somatic Reflection

1. Download the Audio.

2. Find a place where you can sit, stand, or lie down. In case you can also listen to the audio sitting on the commute. Please, do not do this practice while you are conducting a vehicle. 

3. Before you start the audio, take a short moment. 2-3 fully aware breaths.

4. Start the audio and follow the instructions. 

5. After the audio is finished allow yourself another few breaths before returning to your regular routine.
